Does the property owner need to download an app or create an account?
No. The owner taps the link the Account Rep sends and they are in the room. Creating an account afterward is optional and only saves their project.
Is Scope Room only for insurance claims?
No. Retail replacements are the core of the room: build the roof on the fly, watch the price update line by line, sign the Agreement and take the deposit in one sitting. The insurance tools only come out when a claim is part of the job.
How does a retail roof replacement work in Scope Room?

Scope Room reads the file, activates the work scope with the RCV by trade, and lets the team benchmark the carrier's figures to the penny.
Can the Agreement be signed and the deposit collected in the room?
Yes. The contract fills itself in from the room, the owner signs and initials on phone or desktop, and the deposit is paid through the contractor's own Stripe account. A signed copy is emailed to the owner and the rep, branded as the contractor.
What happens when the carrier's estimate comes in lower than our scope?
Scope Room reads the carrier's estimate and the roof measurement report, splits the replacement value by trade, and flags where the carrier's pricing differs from your scope.
